Roche, a development of chalets
Roche is one of the population centres of Conil, with 648 inhabitants, and a development made up only of chalets, with no hotels or apartments. Its pools are private: by the sea or among the pines, like the two we renewed.

Salt, levante wind and sand
Along the Conil coast salt air attacks the gresite joints and corrodes the fittings, and the levante wind carries a fine sand that acts like sandpaper on porous surfaces.
Reinforced liner is smooth and continuous: no joints for the salt to open, no pores for the sand to stay in.
The job, out of season
In the first half of July 2026 hotel occupancy in Conil reached 89.22%. With summer that full, the job, 3 to 5 days plus filling, is best done before or after it.

Conil and the 2024 drought
Conil was one of the 19 municipalities of the Guadalete system where filling private pools was banned in February 2024. The drought was officially called off in April 2026.
